If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the quality of my food or service, please let me know, and I will do my best to make it right. High-End Disposable Plates, Cutlery, and Napkins. Disposable cups are available for an additional $0.75

Self-Serve Beverages $12.50

A variety of beverages, including Bubbly, Perrier, Mineral Water, Coke, Diet Coke, and Ginger Ale. With ice and plastic cups. Specific beverages may be available upon request.

Custom Printed Menus $5.50

Get custom menus printed for all your guests to keep as a memento of the event. 

Table Setting

Allow me to set the table for you using your dishes. This is not charged per person, but does require one extra hour of preparation time.

 

Additional Menu Items

I typically ask that each guest order the same item; however, for an additional fee, and additional preparation time, I am happy to accommodate almost any request. Prices vary by item and number of different items ordered. 

Day-of Shopping

Do you need a few extra things picked up before your event but don't have the time? No problem! I'll do it for you. Examples may include picking up flowers, wine, ice, candles, a few bags of chips, etc. For this service, I charge a flat rate of $40 plus 50% of total purchases plus the cost of the purchases. If your purchases totalled $200, your invoice for this service would be $340.

As part of my Private Chef Service, I provide everything needed except glassware, plates, cutlery, and the kitchen. I like to say that you provide the kitchen and I provide the rest. You may be wondering exactly what I provide. Here is a checklist that I use to ensure that I have everything I need.

I may not bring everything on the list, but if I need it, I will have it. On top of that, it is always my goal to leave your kitchen cleaner than I found it. Yes, I even do the dishes and clean your kitchen after dinner.
